Antibodies Raised Against the ATM Protein

ATM132: directed
against aa 819-844 of human ATM.This monoclonal antibody is good for
western analysis and immunoprecipitation of ATM (specifically for ATM
kinase assays).
MAT2: directed
against aa 824-844 of murine ATM. This monoclonal antibody is good for
immunoprecipitation of mouse ATM.
MAT3: directed
against aa 1967-1988 of murine ATM. This monoclonal antibody is good
for western blot analysis of both the human and mouse ATM proteins.

2C6: Monoclonal
antibody generated by immunizing mice with GST-ATM aa 2577-3056. Good
for immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting and immunostaining. Also
recognizes other PI3 kinases. The immunostaining may not be specific
judging from staining of the ATM knockout fibroblasts. See Chen and
Lee, J Biol Chem 271: 33693 (1996) for details.
