Just sign up and you will know that your donations - large or small - are going to work each and every month, bringing us one step closer to finding a cure or life-improving therapies for A-T. 

How does the Automatic Monthly Giving Program Work?
Fill out the necessary information and the A-T Children’s Project will receive your monthly donations from your debit or credit card*

Sign up on-line. Your first gift will be donated immediately when you complete the transaction on the secure Verisign® website. From the next month on, your debit/credit card will be charged monthly by the A-T Children’s Project; OR

Print and complete the Automatic Monthly Giving form and fax it to 954-725-1153 or mail to the A-T Children’s Project at 668 S. Military Trail, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. *Only debit cards with the VISA or Master Card logo on the front will be accepted. Electronic funds transfer using checks is not available at this point.
